Little Britain library introduces DASH robots for STEM projects

One of Little Britain’s goals this year is to continue building upon the STEM opportunities we provide our students. This week, students in first through fifth grades began a unit on coding during library, and were excited to meet their "lab partners" for the project -- new DASH Robots!

Students will work with the DASH robots, which can be programmed to respond to voice commands, over the next few weeks. They will utilize the drag-and-drop coding software Blockly to create their own coding tasks for DASH.

Here's a look at Ms. Burke's second grade class getting to know the latest additions to the Little Britain library.
